If you rush through, you could get through it in about 4 and if you are meticulous in searching every nook and cranny about 8. That is also not taking into consideration that there is encouraged replayability to have different styles of dialog between the two characters. #4
WebApr 2, 2024 · They do last if there is actual replayability, like with L4D2. Workshop support and especially multiplayer campaign have kept that game alive with a lot of players for a long time. PvE shooters are usually dead after a couple of months because no studio seems to want to put in the resources required to make a game with as much longevity as L4D.
