Stepping up innovator counties
網頁2024年12月19日 · Stepping Up Innovator Counties are at the forefront of working to reduce the number of people with mental illnesses in jails. We are using the Stepping Up initiative’s suggested approach to collect and analyze timely data on the prevalence of people in jail who have serious mental illnesses. 網頁Since the Stepping Up initiative was launched in May 2015, more than 500 counties in 43 states, representing 40 percent of the U.S. population, have committed to the Stepping Up goal. “The partnerships we have here are really phenomenal and why we were nominated as an Innovator County,” said Nevada County Behavioral Health Director Phebe Bell.
